Key West Bight Marina – 2021 Frequently Asked Questions

The Key West Bight Marina is one of the most sought-after marinas in Key West, and once you see it for yourself, it’s no surprise why. With all of the amazing guests frequenting the Bight Marina every single year, we like to be proactive and provide information to some of the most frequently asked questions that we regularly receive. Our goal is to help you easily find all the answers you’re looking for to guide you in planning your next excursion with us in Key West.

1. What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Perfectly situated at the Key West Historic Seaport, the Bight Marina features numerous events for visitors and locals to enjoy all year long. Therefore, the Bight Marina requires guests to cancel their reservation one month prior to their arrival date if their reservation has been booked in the time of an event.  If there is no event going on at the time of your arrival, the Bight Marina asks you to cancel your reservation seven days prior to your arrival date. You can find most events listed at the Key West Historic Seaport website.

2. How Far Ahead Should I Make My Reservation?

It is strongly recommended that you make your reservations as soon as possible once you know your travel dates. August and September tend to be the slower months, but for peak season, we can get booked up to a year or two in advance.

3. What Is the Best Way to Make a Reservation?

You can reserve your spot at Bight Marina right online at KeyWestBightMarina.com. Our website allows users to access the reservation portal 24/7, making it more easy and convenient than ever. However, we’d be happy to help you make a reservation over the phone, as well. Just call (305) 809-3983 and dockmasters will help you with booking.

4. Is Fishing Bait Included in my Reservation?

Though bait and fishing equipment are not included in the reservation fee, Bight Marina offers an array of amenities for visitors to enjoy. Bight Marina guests are mere footsteps from the marina to nearby Duval Street and Mallory Square. Any visitor of the Bight Marina can expect to enjoy a blend of old Key West with superior service and new amenities.  Conveniently located at the Historic Seaport, Key West Bait and Tackle has a variety of essentials for purchase. 5. In the Event of a Storm, What is the Bight Marina’s Policy?

Depending on the severity of the storm, boats might be exposed to breaking waves and storm surge. If you have any concerns or need to change your reservation due to inclement weather, contact one of the dockmasters at the Bight Marina. The dockmasters at the marina will help answer all of your questions and concerns and  guide you on the best course of action for your needs.
