The twist? Every vessel must be built using just one sheet of plywood, a roll of duct tape, and a pound of fasteners—no more, no less. The offbeat regatta attracts daredevils, creative crews, and onlookers ready for some good old-fashioned fun. Whether they float or flounder, teams compete for trophies in the following categories:
